2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you give us and the data created technically during your visit.
- From the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, number of employees, number of servers, how IT is currently handled, the services you are interested in and the content of your message.
- From further communication: any information you send us by email or give us during the consultation.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records the IP address, the date and time of the request and the browser type, for security and operational reasons.
- In your browser: we store only the language you choose, so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
We do not ask for and do not wish to receive special categories of data, such as health data or personal financial details. Please do not include them in your message.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement.
- To communicate during the engagement, if we continue together. The basis is performance of the agreement.
- For the security of the website and the prevention of abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service functional and secure.
- For legal obligations, where tax or accounting legislation requires records to be kept.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not send you commercial messages without your request.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: 12 months from the last contact.
- Client data: for the duration of the engagement and 5 years after it ends.
- Technical server logs: 30 days.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We process it with the help of service providers acting on our instructions:
- Our website hosting provider: Cloudflare, Inc.
- The service that forwards the form to our inbox: Formspree, Inc.
- Our business email provider: Zoho Corporation (EU data centre).
Some of these providers may process data outside Albania, usually within the European Union. In such cases we ensure the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for by data protection legislation.
6. Your rights
In relation to your data you have the right:
- to request access to it and a copy;
- to request correction of inaccurate data;
- to request its deletion, where we have no legal obligation to keep it;
- to request restriction of processing or to object to it;
- to withdraw consent, where processing relies on consent;
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection.

7. Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to enquiries we receive is limited to the people handling them, our accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication, and we keep only the data we need.
